My conclusion ➡️ It's not a matter of courage. It's a matter of strategy. Looking back at the right age to quit, I think I was around 39 years old. I learned everything I had to learn, I tried to take care of my subordinates, but there was no place to go up anymore, there were more colleagues with rotten eyes, and my mind was already devastated. From this point on, corporate life had already begun to eat away at my life. A bit late but I'm very satisfied. I regret coming out sooner. I think you should seriously think about voluntary resignation. It's one of the things I learned from older generations. If you look at it without intention, your life will be swept away.
