Boss's Journal

Future prediction

I have had conversations like this with people around me, including a fellow writer and my wife. Can you know in advance whether someone you are dating will be faithful to a family later on or drift away? There is an unmarried man in his twenties. Is there an indicator to judge in advance whether he will be a good father to children after marriage, or if he will be so sick of them that he runs away to an internet cafe? My conclusion is, “It is difficult.” And my... having spent 15 years with you...

Entrepreneur vs. Wannabe Entrepreneur (Startup Cosplay)

The downside of being an entrepreneur is the imbalance in work-life balance. In other words, it means having no leisure time in life because they are doing too much work. Yet, those who dream of becoming entrepreneurs harbor completely absurd fantasies. They say they want to delegate tedious tasks to experts and simply confirm emails while sipping cocktails by a resort pool. When asked what kind of business they want to start, such people say, "If the right item comes along." The fact is, that "right item" never actually appears.

The Growth of Entrepreneur Ma Jak-ga

I became unemployed in January 2020. I immediately opened a YouTube channel and started writing a book. The book was published in the summer of 2020. It is titled *Secret Recipes for My Youth*. I tried running an online shopping mall and published a book about it. It is titled *Even So, Consignment Sales Are Difficult*. Starting in the fall of 2020, I taught book writing classes. I began trying out and cutting out various freelance jobs at a frightening pace. While doing so, I published the book *One Reason for Selling Content*. In the summer of 2021, as a freelancer, monthly

Kim Yuna's skate laces

These days, a novice CEO is keenly feeling the difficulties of managing a company. Every day, various incidents occur both inside and outside the company, beyond my reach. Mistakes happen frequently. Sometimes, fatal errors go unresolved. Mistakes are time and energy, money, and survival. Sometimes, the entire team makes a sacrifice to fix a single mistake. A small error can bring a brand to ruin. Yet, those who make mistakes tend to view them lightly.
