This is a comment from one subscriber.

In this video, I dealt with the story of a female subscriber in her 40s. The main content was the despair of having to be independent after a divorce from her husband. I don't have enough experience or knowledge to give advice on divorce or dating. However, I thought the contents of 'Five Ways to a New Career' discussed at Harvard Business School were valid as advice.
To summarize the key points:
- It is the same as parting or leaving. All five social motivations are undermined (SCARF theory).
- Acknowledge your condition and have self-compassion.
- We must work on healing and recovery.
- Don't cling to things you can't control.
If you have recovered like that, you can start new things slowly.
In a way, it is advice for all the pains of life and a new start.
SB Frank also wrote about what had happened and that it was really helpful. I know that somewhere on the planet there are many people who have been hurt and are struggling to heal. However, when it is connected as a comment like this, I realize that it is reality.
Just having someone like that somewhere is healing.
