I make a plan every week and share it on my blog. Reviewing the past week, I wrote:
December 17th. I spent time planning next year's business, and I couldn't do anything as a writer. It was a crazy but curious week. It's wonderful to be excited about preparing for the future.
In the meantime I did bad imaginationthat I would like to share

Now, I want to apply this business niche to the global market! If there is such a desire in Korea and why not overseas?
I thought, If there is no demand in Korea this is just a fantasy, but it's different now. Because I have already proven those demands with sales.
In fact, I was addicted to this fantasy.
- I need an account to manage my foreign currency income
- A US corporation is required. You need a tax agent or lawyer
- I need a business trip for my US corporation
- I checked the price of the flight. Honolulu 1.1 million won, San Francisco 1.4 million won, New York 1.6 million won…
- When I go to Honolulu, there is a lodging I stayed at, so that's fine, and in New York, there is a French business hotel where I stayed while receiving my MBA education. What about San Francisco? I don't know.
- Find out the cost and procedure for establishing a corporation and clip it to Evernote.

Then I woke up.
This way of thinking belongs to people who think only in their head and can't actually make any difference.
There are a lot of people like this on social media. I'm busy reading books, learning things, and bragging about the process. It's sad to see people comforting themselves by hiding behind learning. I regret it greatly after all these years. Learning itself does not create change. When you make a change, there comes a moment when you need to learn. Only practical learning brings change back.
For real change, I should have done this. not a fantasy
- Create a landing page in English (so I did that today)
- Tweak your marketing funnel and copywriting ten times for a solid landing page
- Create attractive advertising banners
- Advertising to American consumers
- Improving and observing all these processes with the goal of getting even one inquiry
The key is that even one person has an inquiry and that even one person is converted into a customer. After that, you can make procedures such as opening an account and incorporating a corporation.
Paying attention to these procedures when there is no market is like buying diving equipment before learning to swim.
I have seen many people who live with this mindset. Even after meeting such people after a long time, nothing has changed. He always talks about his vision and plans with his mouth. The target of vision keeps changing. The fanciful imaginations sacrificed to his vanity are the exact opposite of the # grit _ these days, so they slowly move to the path of regression, not success. As always, he doesn't notice, so at the moment of death, he always regrets, "I shouldn't have lived like this."
I'm not that kind of person. (Thank God). Anyway, I got out of the safe way through willpower, published several books, and tried various freelance jobs for financial independence. Now, he is a founding member and writer of a company aiming for annual sales of 1 billion won.
In retrospect, it is clear.
Instead of paying attention to non-essential appearances in my head, I started with the essence of bringing about real change. It was discovered by customers by creating a real web page, and it won contracts by responding fiercely to the influx of customers. When I think of the first web page I made, I feel very deeply embarrassed by its laxity. But, paradoxically, there would not have been the small success that we have now if we had struggled to create a decent homepage.
Still, I'm looking into the cost of a flight to the US again.
This is why I have to keep grinding and polishing myself.
