“I am a music kid.” Shin Hae-cheol's logline in one word and us

Feelings about Shin Hae-cheol

I classify Shin Hae-chul as an artist. I graduated from the university he dropped out of, and I grew up hearing (?) the myths (?) associated with him. Seongsu Kim from the class of 1986 in the interview below is also a senior in my theater class. He is currently a pop culture critic, and he described Shin Hae-cheol in the class of 1987 like this.

1987 1st semester. Culture critic Kim Seong-soo (Sogang University Philosophy 86), who saw Shin Hae-cheol for the first time, judged him a 'person of interest'. “It really jumped out. He had permed hair, and although he was short, he wore dragonfly sunglasses, a long coat, and carried a guitar on his back. But it fit well. My girlfriend said 'Shin Hae-chul is cool' so I got annoyed”.

When I saw a video of Shin Hae-chul, he introduced himself like this. At Seonmine Video Store, Yoon Sang, his best friend, introduces Shin Hae-cheol's life. of that video trailerI saw it in

"hmm… I am a music kid.”

These are the words of Shin Hae-cheol. i am this loglineI think this is really cool. Regarding the logline previously writtenPlease refer to It's a good concept to use wherever you go.

Where is your true sword fight?

Shin Hae-cheol called himself “a musician” and I called him an “artist”.

Shin Hae-chul broadcasted, held concerts, and sometimes lectured. We also sold records. However, he himself considered “playing music” as the most core value.

(He didn't do N catch, he did various things as a musician. Doing various things doesn't mean N catch ^^)

Shin Hae-cheol would not have stood up even if the rich doctor next door was proud of him. “Show off your wealth” wasn’t a real fight for him. Shin Hae-chul was a person who competed with music. Even if an athlete boasted of his body and stamina from the side, he would not have set an angle. I wouldn't have hurt my pride. Because it was “music” and “art” that he saw the match. Either that or not, he would have polished his field. That is also the reason why Shin Hae-chul was revered from a popular singer to an artist and sometimes a thinker.

What am I going to do with a real sword?

I too had a similar thought. What if the president of a well-known company brags in front of me, saying, “I get invited to every brand event and meet celebrities.” What would it be like if a handsome, rich man rode in a luxury car and boasted in front of me, “Oh, you still drive a 20-year-old car?” A creator with 50,000 YouTubers said, “Only 3,000… But do you have any taste for YouTube?”

It's not a pleasant feeling, but I decided to think this way.

“(Huh) I have a different place to compete with you.”

I'd rather choose to compete with a speaker or writer who inspires people. Who lives a lot of empathy, who communicates with readers more sincerely!! How to live wiser!!

How many glances and (by my standards) useless things must I spend my time if I want to compete with them! I'd rather just give them a thumbs up and say, "That's cool."

And I encourage everyone to give this thought a try.

It's not like we're going to fight with a sword

– Falling into a sense of relative deprivation because of anxiety over rising house prices

– Spending time and energy on useless things and trying to be like others

– Because I will waste my time trying to succeed in a place that does not fit my temperament and aptitude.

Shin Hae-chul competes with music. That's why he introduced himself as "a kid who plays music". The word “music child” means to compete with music, and it is also a “declaration” that we will not compete with anything other than music. (It's a declaration that I won't turn a blind eye!)

What are you guys competing with?

Are you taking the time for it?

Is that the place where you focus your attention? Maybe you're not paying attention to something that's not even your own logline?

Fight with money or stop thinking about money! ✋
