The main content was the despair of having to be independent after a divorce from her husband. I don&#039;t have enough experience or knowledge to give advice on divorce or dating. However, I thought the contents of &#039;Five Ways to a New Career&#039; discussed at Harvard Business School were valid as advice.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><br>To summarize the key points:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>It is the same as parting or leaving. All five social motivations are undermined (SCARF theory).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Acknowledge your condition and have self-compassion. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>We must work on healing and recovery.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Don&#039;t cling to things you can&#039;t control. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><br>If you have recovered like that, you can start new things slowly.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><br>In a way, it is advice for all the pains of life and a new start.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><br>SB Frank also wrote about what had happened and that it was really helpful. I know that somewhere on the planet there are many people who have been hurt and are struggling to heal.
